Section 1: Cancelation policy


1.1 Customer:


1. The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's packaged. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s packaged for delivery.
2. The However the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep, Dhunobeats reserves the right to deny full refund

( Refund policy section 2.1.2)

of prepaid order or recover from customer in case of cash on delivery to customer pursuant to a cancellation or which is rejected by customer followed by suspension of accountbut subject to customer’s previous cancellation history, as may be necessary in the sole discretion of Dhunobeats.
3. The time window for cancellation will be opened till before packagingof categories and order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.

1.2 Dhunobeats:

Dhunobeatsreserves the right to collect a penalty for the orders constrained to be cancelled by Dhunobeats for reasons not attributable to Dhunobeats including but not limited to –
1. In the event if theaddress provided by customer is either wrong or false outside the delivery zone.
2. Failure to contact customer by phone or e-mail at the time of delivering the order booking.
3. Failure to deliver customer order due to lack of information direction or authorization from customer at the time of delivery.
4. Unavailabilityof all the items ordered by customer at the time of booking the order however in the unlikely event of an item in an order being unavailable and can’t be deliverable, Dhunobeats will contact the customer on the phone number provided to us, at the time of packaging the order and inform customer of such unavailability in such an event customer will be entitled to cancel the entire or partial order and shall be entitled to a refund to an amount of 100% of the respective canceled entire or partial order value.

Section 2: Refund policy

2.1 Customer:

1. Customer may be entitled to a refund of 100% of the prepaid Order value if the customer chooses to cancel an order before it’s packaged or till the cancellation window opened.
2. If customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep in case of cash on delivery, Dhunobeats retains the right to retain the amount for breach the terms as a compensation for the damages suffered by Dhunobeats. Dhunobeats retains the right to retain the penalty payable by the customer in Section 1.1.2from the prepaid amount up to 50% if customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep and will get refund of rest of the prepaid amount.
3. Customer may be entitled to a refund of theorder value in the event of packaging of an item in an order or complete order, is either tempered or damaged and customer refuses to accept at the time of delivery.
4. Customer may be entitled to a refund up to 100% of the prepaid order value if Dhunobeats fails to deliver the order onor after committed delivery date.
5. Customer may be entitled to a refund up to 100% of the order value if any item in an order or complete order is delivered as wrong order, items missing from customer’s order, damaged product received by customer at the time of delivery.
6. All refund amounts shall be credited to Buyer's account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Buyer's choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as below,

7. 7. Provided the same is communicated to Dhunobeats customer Care through the platform.

Section 3: Returnpolicy

3.1 Customer:

1. Return is a scheme provided by Dhunobeats, under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange/replacement is offered the customer. All products listed under the product category may not have the same return policy. For all products the return/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general return policy.
2. If a defect or damaged is determined within the return window, a return of the same product will be provided at no additional cost.
3. To help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product through online, over the phone. Dhunobeats may ask you to share the picture of damaged product. Upon examining the issue, a return of the same product will be provided at no additional cost.
4. Dhunobeats will initiate the return upon calling customer by confirming date and time to replace the damaged product before proceeding for delivery.
5. If return/replacement will not be possible in case of date ad time constraint, Dhunobeats will partially refund your damaged product up to 50% of you prepaid complete order or partial item of an order after delivery.
